How to help dogs from home?
Oh my, I know your feeling when you see dogs in distress. You want to help and do something right now, but maybe you can’t because you are stuck at work, or perhaps it’s in another country. I guess you will agree donating is still the best way to help. It’s quick and very efficient.
There are some people on the field trying to help to rescue animals, and they always need money because help has a cost. Let’s be realistic. The rescuers and the dogs need to eat. The wounded animals need meds, transport, and safe shelter. Everything is more costly than we can imagine. I have been there myself a couple of times in China, Australia, Japan, and Canada. In only 24 hours, I could realize all the fees it implies to rescue animals. It was exceedingly expensive! That’s why donating or even giving monthly is one of the best gestures we can do if we can’t be there physically.
Giving is such a wonderful feeling!
Here what is happening this week
Network for animals just discovered a desperate situation on the tourist island of Lombok in Indonesia. 60,000 street dogs are suffering horrendous lives of wanton cruelty, neglect and mistreatment by uncaring islanders. It never ceases to amaze us that people can be so horribly cruel to animals.
Dogs are being clubbed to death, shot and deliberately hit and left for dead by malicious drivers!
Donations URGENTLY needed to help as many as possible!
Stichting Let´s Adopt International
Viktor Larkhill has been rescuing tons of dogs with his team in many countries. He is a kind of MacGyver for animals. I strongly recommend watching his videos to understand more about what he is doing. Some videos are hearth breaking like the dog ending with a half-face, but he could find a perfect family after all. It worth to watch it.

If you are witness to animal abuse and if he can be in your area, chances are he will come with his team rescuing the dog. However, to be able to do such a full-time work of saving, the donation is continuously needed.
